We loved working with Phoebe to buy our first house! She was always willing and excited to show us any property that interested us. She also had great insight into what neighborhoods would suit us and potential red flags we should be wary of. The first offer we made on a home was not accepted (through no fault of Phoebe's), but she knew of a different upcoming listing long before it hit the market, and that home ended up being an even better fit for us! She was diligent about getting us in to see it as soon as we could, and wouldn't give up until it was ours.
