Taylor is a wonderful wonderful real estate pro. I’m working with her now & it’s just plain amazing how thoughtful & responsive she has been throughout the entire process. I will update this review as needed to include additional details but for now I can wholeheartedly say that I am grateful to have found someone who I can relate to, who is sensitive to my particular needs & wants, and whom I have literally reached out to 24/7 during the wildfires & she has been there above & beyond what I would have expected. Like from any human being on planet earth. Working with Taylor I want to say makes the endlessly frustrating experience that is buying Real Estate in Northern California feel hopeful again. Taylor is Amazing! She immediately contacted us with local listing that suited our family’s search needs. She was always 100% responsive with phone calls and texts and she went out of her way and always met us at each property anytime we wanted to tour a new location. As many people know finding a home to purchase in this current market can be quite difficult, but Taylor always had updated listings (most everyday) for us and made our search much less painless that it could’ve been. When she didn't have answers readily available, she was very responsive in doing the research and coming back with replies. Taylor was fantastic. I had no idea what to expect as this was my first home buying experience. She not only was approachable but also knowledgeable and provided the best environment to ask questions and seek advice. Throughout the entire process from start to finish, I felt like she was accessible and truly cared about the experience. She did not make me feel like it was just another transaction. I happened to find her through a Zillow recommendation when I was casually looking. After one day of looking at two properties I found the right one the following day. A little over a month later we met to get the keys.It was of course at times tense going through the writing of offers and waiting for responses as well as navigating the escrow process but taylor was fantastic in staying in contact and checking in to see how we were doing. She was fantastic at explaining the various documents we had to sign, which were all Greek to me as a first time buyer.
